About the Team
As a Partner Program Operations Manager on the Marketing Partnerships & Industry Education Team, you will be responsible for executing tactics to grow the impact of partners in the TikTok Marketing Partners Program globally. This roll reports directly to the TikTok Marketing Partners Global Program Manager. This team develops and executes strategies to advance TikTok's products, value, and vision with the ecosystem of partners. You will be helping build an ecosystem that consists of our 3rd party marketing partners, brands, and other stakeholders. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent attention-to-detail who is ready to learn and take on new challenges as we continue to build strategic partnerships for TikTok for Business.
Responsibilities
- Activate and grow the adoption of ads agency and creative partners to address key advertiser pain points for marketing on TikTok
- Identify and build sales activation opportunities with internal teams and partners
- Develop tactics and operational plans to drive mutual success for TikTok and our marketing partners
- Develop, manage, and execute on benefits for ads agency and creative badged partners and scale them globally
- Identify new opportunities to work with partners to drive TikTok's business and priorities forward
- Govern the TMP Program to ensure partners are meeting the necessary criteria for badging on an ongoing basis
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and other internal teams to drive program success and partner growth
- Drive adoption of key TikTok product priorities via partners
- Work with partners and internal Partner Managers to drive mutual success for the partner and TikTok
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in partner development, business development, management consulting, strategy, data analytics, project/program management, or finance/accounting
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising industry and knowledge of the related partner ecosystem
- Experience managing large scale projects and following through the entire project life cycle
- Experience working with partners for business development
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience working with data
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Personable, collaborative and capable of building relationships cross-functionally

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91000 - $170000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
