This position reports to the head of Consulting Relations and Sales Marketing, and is responsible for providing leadership and execution oversite for B2B Account Based Marketing (“ABM”) programs to generate leads and nurture clients/prospects through the sales funnel. The individual will play a key role in the Marketing organization collaborating with Institutional Retirement Sales, and Marketing associates.
 
The individual will be the subject matter expertise in these three key areas:
1) B2B lead generation and sales funnel nurture strategies and campaigns,  
2)  Integrated (mostly digital) Marketing strategies and programs,
3) Institutional Retirement clients, consultants, products, and services within Healthcare and Higher Education

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver B2B lead generation and nurture programs that are part of an integrated marketing & communications approach integrating research-based insights, advertising and content development, social selling, thought leadership, web engagement, and metrics. Agility to work with digitally driven marketing approaches is of utmost importance. As a B2B professional, this individual must understand how to reach, engage, and influence organizational decision makers, and influencers through targeted marketing strategies and programs

  • Create and continually manage project and work plans.

  • Develop customer experience journeys and maps designed to support strategic ABM initiatives.

  • Create opportunity funnel campaign strategy that addresses specific target audiences using full funnel messaging and content.

  • Lead the creation and rollout of campaign launches for frontline readiness.

  • Partner with Marketing & Communications COE on target account lists, reporting, and customer list assessment to ensure cohesion of external customer experiences.

  • Drive integration dialogue and strategy between various business partners including Sales, IT, Digital, SalesForce, Customer Insights and COE partners to ensure program build and execution requirements are documented and executed accurately.

  • Effectively measure and report results

  • Influence through knowledge, best practice strategies, and compelling vision.

  • Deliver strong communication (both verbal and written)

  • Work in a collaborative work style: inclusive, flexible, and proactive

  • Deliver strong program and project management efforts
     

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • Five plus years of experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Gen, and Institutional Retirement
  • Five plus years of experience working across marketing disciplines, with a focus on go-to-market campaigns
  • Five plus years of experience effectively partnering with other Marketing teams to leverage the benefits of SMEs, the brand, and to ensure a coordinated and rational approach to the market
  • Five plus years of developing and implementing a calendar and timeline the team will use to reach its end goals.
  • Five plus years of strong PowerPoint and Excel Skills
  • Five plus years of analytical skills to assess and report on outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications (or related field)
  • Seven plus years of experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Gen, and Institutional Retirement
  • Marketing skills engaging and influencing buyers and influencers
  • Experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, and/or RetirePlus

Potential Salary: $146,500.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
