As Talent Management Senior Manager you'll be a trusted strategic partner, coach, and change agent for global business and functional leaders. Collaborate to build and implement forward-thinking strategies in talent management, organizational development, performance management, and career development for key talent groups.

What You Will Contribute:

Translate strategic priorities into innovative actions that attract, motivate, develop, and retain diverse individuals. Identify and address talent gaps, including recruitment, assessment, and development, to build a positive culture based on our 4i values.

HR Analytics and Data Driven Insights: Use data and people metrics to drive continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities, as well as influence change in talent strategies.

Consultation: Deliver guidance to people managers regarding core talent process and employee development needs. Guide leaders and teams on strategies with a balance of innovation, compliance, and culture shaping considerations that produce results.

Change Leadership: Serve as a motivator for change by championing initiatives from the platform to site/client groups. Craft innovative solutions to the talent strategy that supports long-term business goals.

Organizational Adaptability and Resolve: Build partnerships with site, HR, and business leaders to guide talent activities, shape culture, and drive employee engagement. Establish a solid organizational network that promotes core, common, and consistent activities.

Project/Process Management: Lead core Talent Management processes and process improvement projects that support the Talent strategy of the talent segment. Drive consistent talent management mechanisms to identify and develop top talent, manage succession pipelines for critical roles, and track/lead measures of success

How You Will Get Here:

Education:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required.
  • PHR/SPHR and other professional certification is desirable.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of comprehensive HR experience in a global environment; prior experience as a business partner, preferred.
  • Expertise in implementing business and change programs and processes that yield positive results.
  • Proven results partnering within a matrix and with HR COE partners to reach consensus and achieve favorable outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Broad knowledge of human capital practices and HR domain expertise, including (but not limited to): salary administration and performance review processes, performance management, proactive employee relations, issue investigation and resolution, and recruiting.
  • Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills, regularly turning data into insights and action.
  • Outstanding project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Effective consultation skills with the ability to influence leaders.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with a high level of tact and composure.
  • Skilled in cultivating and developing professional relationships with leadership, subordinates, and peers.
