Sr Accountant Assistant

Responsibilities

• Revisión de facturas: Perform comprehensive reviews of invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Registros contables: Maintain meticulous accounting records.
• Programación e implementación de pagos semanales: Schedule and implement weekly payments strictly on time.
• Manejo de Portales Bancarios: Skillfully manage bank portals.
• Cotización de tipos de cambio: Provide accurate exchange rate quotations.
• Conciliación de cuentas contables: Conduct detailed reconciliations of accounting accounts.
• Aplicación de Pagos en modulo de CONTPAQi Bancos y CONTPAQI Comercial: Successfully implement payment applications in CONTPAQi modules.
• Integración y conciliación entre módulos de cuentas por pagar y contabilidad: Ensure seamless integration and reconciliation between accounts payable and accounting modules.
• Revisión y depuración de saldos con acreedores: Review and determine the resolution of balances with creditors.
• Conciliaciones Bancarias: Complete accurate bank reconciliations.

• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
• Extensive expertise in accounting software, particularly CONTPAQi.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills to successfully implement financial strategies.
