What will you do?

  • Support sales incentive compensation for North American LPD field sales teams.
  • Involvement in sales compensation plan design for team members who are eligible under the Sales Incentive Plans (SIP).
  • Review monthly incentive compensation payouts, revenue adjustments and performance.
  • Involvement in month-end reporting and preparation of revenue data reports for monthly review.
  • Ensure accurate data quality and maintenance in the Sales Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent.
  • Help coordinate the Sales Rep Product/Channel responsibility matrix, ensuring accurate implementation and documentation of changes.
  • Support the Sales Territory Management process, including territory mapping and documentation.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to the teams you support.

Candidate must present an approachable, highly ethical and collaborative mindset. In sales operations, we demonstrate personal accountability for accuracy and timeliness of results. You must be a proactive communicator, addressing issues with transparency. We successfully operate by building credibility and positive professional relationships, where strong commercial orientation and experience supporting sales teams is a plus.

The candidate should have outstanding analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, while being self-motivated with a high bias for action and accountability.

Having the skills to balance priorities, bring high energy and have a passion for excelling will be a crucial part of your success.

Education:

  • BA/BS degree in finance or a related business field (MBA a plus)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of increasingly responsible business experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or Financial Analyst Role.
  • Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences experience a plus
  • Must have experience as a sales operations business partner, with cross functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with the following: Cognos (equivalent data warehouse tool), Xactly Incent (equivalent compensation management tool), and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel to corporate events as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $60,000.00-$90,000.00.
