Opportunity: Proposal Head- EPM

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the bidding process, internal sales activities, and lead a team of experienced resources
• Collaborate closely with the Design, Engineering, and Commercial teams to determine project requirements
• Successfully implement proposals by ensuring flawless understanding of financial aspects of large projects
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and sub-vendors to enable effective proposals

• Engineering graduate with a BE/B.Tech degree, preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 16 years of experience in handling bidding process and leading a team
• Proven multifaceted problem-solving ability
• Thorough understanding of financials of large projects
• Well-versed with market developments and ability to maintain and develop relationships with vendors and sub-vendors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
