Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degrees, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Various outside weather conditions, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

What will I do:

The Associate, Operations is responsible for undertaking work within any of the ambient and cold

chain operational areas within Manufacturing & Packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activities to be carried out in accordance with statutory, regulatory and company policies

and procedures

• Maintain good housekeeping and promote a safe working environment

• Highlight potential Health and Safety and Quality risks, near misses and accidents to Line

Management

• Maintain compliance through training and competency program

• Focus on delivery of priorities for both internal and external customers

• Participate in department induction program

• Embrace and support process improvement utilizing PPI/Lean tools

• Undertake any other duties on an ad-hoc basis as required by your Line Manager

What do I need:

• PC Literate

• Good numeracy and literacy skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Good standard of English (verbal & written)

• Good attention to detail

Although not essential, the following skills and experience would be preferred:

• Experience working within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment

• Experience working within an operational environment i.e. manufacturing, warehouse, factory, packaging, production line, or a similar setting
