Environmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Starting Pay: $20/hr + full time benefits

Shift Information: Days Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm (overtime, as necessary; occassional Saturdays may be required)

Your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will be key to successfully implementing our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repackage products strictly according to specified guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Accurately label products, ensuring all information is accurate and legible.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Complete required documentation and logs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Engage in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around for long periods.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.

Work Environment:

  • The work is performed in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures and smells.
