How will you make an impact?

We are currently looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in both manual and TOSCA automation testing, specifically within the Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications by implementing and completing test plans, test scripts, and end-to-end execution. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

  • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Complete manual test cases and report defects, ensuring they are accurately detailed and tracked.
  • Perform Functional, Regression, and Integration testing
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other collaborators to understand the requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Perform detailed testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Validate Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration with other systems
  • Strong knowledge in TOSCA automation framework
  • Ability to fix and maintain the automation suite
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the automated testing process

Education

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science engineering from an accredited university (desired but not required)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a major in computer science engineering (preferred) from an accredited university.

Experience

- 5 to 8 years' experience in Salesforce applications, with automation knowledge - TOSCA

  • Experience in development models: Agile/Waterfall
  • Positive outlook towards learning new things and taking on any kind of tasks
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team as well as individually

Non-technical Qualifications

  • Committed to delivering results, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to covering a wide range of data integration requirements.
  • Understanding of testing methodology and actual experience writing functional and regression test design specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, by telephone, and with large teams
  • Must have the ability to collaborate across different teams. Above all, should have a strong focus on data analysis and achieving desired outcomes.
