  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
  • Provide proven leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to collaborators and senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical trials.
  • Prior experience and understanding in Study Start Up in Australia New Zealand (preferred and advantageous).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate within diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to compete in fast-paced environments and deliver world-class results.
