Sales and Services
Global Customer Acquisition Intern
Our Global Customer Acquisition Intern will champion projects to:
• Research prospective partners, scrub data in an existing database, and migrate data into Salesforce
• Help build campaigns to attract and recruit new partners to represent each of the major product domains
• Work with product team and Portfolio development to identify ideal partner profiles
• Expand our ability to recruit new partners to represent each of our major product families
• Work with product teams to devise ideal partner profiles
• Develop and execute campaigns via social media, support country field teams in running campaigns
• Build tools to evaluate performance of new partners and new partner sales team effectiveness and productivity
What You'll Be Working On
As a new intern on our Global Partner Recruitment Team, you will engage in a variety of impactful projects that leverage generative AI to enhance our partner's sales operations. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our global partnerships. Here are the key areas you will focus on:
- Custom GPT Bots
- Design & Implementation: Develop personalized GPT-based chatbots that assist partners in learning our sales campaigns.
- Support Functions: Create bots that provide access to self-help resources and offer tailored support to address specific partner needs.
- AI-Enhanced Outreach Messaging
- Message Crafting: Utilize generative AI to create personalized outreach messages aimed at improving engagement rates with potential partners and customers.
- Engagement Strategies: Analyze and refine messaging strategies to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.
- Sales Campaign Support Tools
- Tool Development: Build AI-driven tools that help sales teams align their strategies with successful past campaigns.
- Pattern Identification: Leverage AI to identify patterns and best practices from historical data, enhancing the effectiveness of current and future sales initiatives.
- Self-Help Assistants
- AI Assistant Creation: Develop AI assistants that provide partners with on-demand support and information.
- Business Growth Support: Streamline partners' ability to grow their businesses by offering timely and relevant assistance through AI-powered solutions.

Organization Requirements:
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student studying Business, preferably Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, International Business, or Strategy
• Background in engineering or IT preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com beneficial
• Comfortable with frequent meetings on the phone
• Use of popular social media platforms required
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and communicate solutions and recommendations
• Good communication skills and ability to provide status updates on a regular basis
• Able to work with a global audience and customer base
• Flexible, adaptable and proactive
• Technically proficient in Microsoft required
• Entrepreneurial approach and spirit
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $44.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
