Advanced Process Control / Tank Management Systems / Operator Training Simulator Solution experience mandatory.
You will be evaluating our customer processes, consulting/developing process control strategies, Tank Management solutions and ensuring that requirements comply with industry specifications and regulations.
To ensure success, you should demonstrate extensive experience in optimizing control processes and specialization in a related field whose expertise translates into streamlined and cost-effective manufacturing/operating processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Works directly with the customer to define detailed application, system, and hardware requirements for projects of the greatest technical complexity
- Leverages significant product knowledge or industry experience to provide technical guidance and thought leadership across several project teams
- Identifies, develops and implements various solutions that optimize the customer's plant performance
- Identifies risk factors on various applications and makes the Project Manager and Lead Engineer aware of possible challenges and potential solutions
- Partners with Sales in the promotion of applied services through industry presentations, publications, surveys and studies
- Partners directly with Sales on proposal development where deep product knowledge or industry experience play a key contributing factor in winning the work
- Plays a lead role in sales presentations for new opportunities where demonstration of extensive product knowledge or industry experience is critical to winning the work
- Stays abreast of competitor products and processes and identifies potential threats and opportunities to Invensys' market position to leadership, as necessary
- Works closely with Product Development in the development phases of new products that are related to product or industry area of specialization
- Provides thought leadership that shapes Invensys' technical engineering processes and quality standards
Responsibilities:
- Performing quality assurance on existing industry processes.
- Identifying areas that need process control optimization.
- Evaluating the efficiency of technologies, instruments, equipment, and tools.
- Driving process control innovation in collaboration with internal and customer teams.
- Recommend, Lead Design & Implementation of suitable software solutions and automation.
- Mentoring and coaching regional teams.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Documenting processes and preparing dashboards, reports etc.
- Keeping abreast of developments and innovation in process control engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or in an industry-related field of specialization.
- Specialization in process control systems preferred.
- At least two years' experience in process control engineering in the Oil & Gas and petrochemical industry.
- Proficiency in project management and Statistical Process Control.
- Extensive industry-specific process control knowledge.
- Good leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Superb analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Great organizational, time management, and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
