This role supports the Digital Analytics Director in driving the MarTech transformation within the E2E Digital Customer Relationship function in Global Marketing.
Key responsibilities include assisting with strategic program definition and management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, driving insights, change management, operationalization (use-cases and adoption) and to drive trainings across Global Marketing domains and BUs.
The Senior Product Manager will help shape the vision, strategy, and operating model, ensuring alignment with business strategies, driving insights from the data captured, effective communication across different domains, geographies, and lines of business. This role additionally requires driving the trainings for tier 1,2,3 countries for adoption and continued usage.

Overall, the focus will be on increasing collaboration and accountability across teams, facilitating strategic thinking and execution, and operationalizing key strategic programs to advance the data analytics maturity of the Global Sales & Marketing teams.
Main responsibilities:
Tech Program Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the product stakeholders in domains, geos to lead the change management efforts and influence key strategic programs (definition and deployment)
- Use case definition, deployment and success tracking to drive adoption across the countries, BU operations for the end-to-end MarTech ecosystem
- Drive efforts around insights generation (with the support of the Data Insights team) and support in overall evangelization of the landscape
- Represent the domain on tech reviews to prioritize the efforts needed for use-case adoption and implementations. Manages PMO functions for critical initiatives led by domains and geographies to ensure the full impact of analytics is realized.
- Lead the charge for product feature improvements with the vendor based on collective feedback from business, domains, power users and leadership
- Drive the data quality efforts - improving the trust and dependability on the platform
Change Management and Training
- Define program objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Set measurable milestones for projects and establish continuous goals for ongoing programs.
- Collect and analyze data to drive project decisions and work with the insights team to drive actionable insights
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Setup a continuous training calendar for various categories of users and tiers of countries on the platform. Drive the trainings based on what is most needed to drive the adoption of the platform.
- The ideal candidate will have significant consulting and program management expertise, with a strong ability to oversee complex analytics projects and lead implementation programs to achieve customer insight objectives. In-depth knowledge on Customer Data Platforms and specifically Tealium will be a big plus. They will be adept at working with diverse data sources across multiple touchpoints, both online and offline, to derive meaningful business insights and drive strategic initiatives.
- Customer Intelligence Focus: He/she will have a profound understanding of how to acquire, analyze and act upon sophisticated customer intelligence across multiple businesses, channels, and touchpoints, including deep familiarity with the relevant supporting technologies.
- Change Agent: He/she will possess strong influencing and communication skills, which, allied to exceptional clarity of vision, will enable him/her to drive the data and analytics agenda across the organization. Great communication skills and platform knowledge to drive trainings is necessary (Tealium focused)
- Analytical, Commercial Mindset: He/she will be highly analytical with a structured problem-solving approach and be strongly metrics / KPI driven. He/she will have solid business acumen and the ability to build commercially compelling use cases.
