Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Partner Marketing Manager om ons team in Hoofddorp te versterken.
In deze rol werk je nauw samen met onze partners, zoals distributeurs en technici, om partner marketingstrategieën te ontwikkelen en te implementeren om onze producten en diensten te promoten en te verkopen door middel van gezamenlijke inspanningen.
Jouw doel is om de sterke punten en het bereik van elke partner te benutten om wederzijdse groei en succes te bereiken.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Onderhouden en versterken van relaties met partners door middel van regelmatige communicatie, ondersteuning en samenwerking om langdurig succes te waarborgen. Vertrouwen opbouwen en een gevoel van partnerschap bevorderen is cruciaal voor het bereiken van gedeelde doelen en het stimuleren van wederzijdse groei.
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van gezamenlijke marketingplannen met partners, inclusief campagnes, evenementen en promoties om de merkbekendheid te vergroten en een breder publiek te bereiken.
- Creëren van overtuigende waardeproposities die de voordelen van het partnerschap en de unieke voordelen van onze producten en diensten benadrukken.
- Monitoren en analyseren van de prestaties van marketingactiviteiten en de effectiviteit van elk partnerschap, met behulp van KPI's zoals ROI, omzetgroei en markttrends.
- Delen van marketingmiddelen, zoals content, tools en trainingsprogramma's, om consistente berichtgeving en effectieve promotie via alle partnerkanalen te waarborgen.

De ideale kandidaat:
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in partner marketing , met een focus op het ontwikkelen van sterke en groeiende partnerrelaties.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Analytisch: je kunt marktontwikkelingen interpeteren en de impact op het kanaal overzien. Daarnaast ben je in staat om data te interperteren om de performance van het kanaal te verbeteren.
- Creatief: je bent in staat om met creatieve ideeën te komen om de resultaten van het kanaal te verbeteren.
- Communicatief vaardig: je onderhoudt sterke relaties met partners en bouwt aan relatiebeheer door sterke en regelmatige communicatie.
