1) Early engagement of OCP projects and lead plant team to support PMP projects implement
2) Lead project Execution of different type of projects , such as rebalancing/capacity/PEP projects
3) End to End product Value Stream Management
4) Work with Transformation leaders , act as interface of related BU/ LoB /GSC-T to do strategic analysis and deploy new business opportunities
5)Manage BCP/LTIP study and related projects implementation to ensure stability of supply chain
6)Rebalancing / Capacity opportunity study and work on business case investigation , drive related activities and productivity/deliverables
