Job Description

As part of the End to End Digital Customer Relationships, Installed base tracking has become one of the key pillar to grow drastically Services revenues: both field services and digital services.

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Lead to join our Installed Base Team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding and hands-on experience with various Informatica Cloud integration modules. You will play a crucial role in integrating different systems, ensuring seamless data flow and developing strategic API integrations to bolster our business capabilities.

Schneider Installed base (IB) is the central data platform where all the product asset data that we track is collected, qualified, consolidated and exposed.

The IB Integration Lead is a key team member of installed base digital capability. When working on the Schneider, its role is to:

- Leading the design and development efforts for our systems integration projects and coordinating with other technical and business team leads on our larger technical implementations

- Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and align them with business objectives.

- Ensure best practices are followed in API and integration development, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and security.

- Offer expertise in the Informatica Cloud modules, including API center, API Manager, API Portal, Application Integration, Application Integration Console, Data Integration, and Monitor.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in integration technologies and trends to recommend process improvements and technology upgrades.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Coordinate with project managers and other team leads to ensure project timelines are met.

- Participate in architecture review board meetings and make strategic recommendations for integration architecture.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- 4+ years' experience working in IT product, analyst, functional or architecture roles

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field (technical background required).

- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with MDM environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong understanding of analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices within a software development context.

- A desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and leading business analysis efforts in Agile environments.

- Understanding of service business processes is a plus.

- Experience with Informatica Cloud and AWS environments is a plus.

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

- Technical acumen: can understand & validate development proposal vs. functional requirement

- Ability to see the consumer perspective and act as their advocate.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization, and in a multicultural environment.
