For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $164,000 - $236,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for a Data Center Solution Architect preferably in a hybrid role (2 days per week on-site) at one of Schneider Electric's HUB or Plant locations or the position can be remote. Position Summary
  • You will be supporting our Cloud & Service Providers segment for our GSA business
  • Business scope is to support strategic account(s) across the complete Schneider Electric offer portfolio
  • Be the pre-sales technical (trusted) advisor to influence strategic account and relevant consulting & engineering firms on architectures, systems and products of Schneider Electric for data centers application and CSP businesses
  • Secure that the technical value proposition, needs and requirements are enough described with the customer and then well communicated and shared internally
  • Identify potential offer enhancements and collaborate with Line of Business (LoB) to drive customization to support growth opportunities


Roles & Responsibilities

Contribute to support growth and profitability of the account by:
  • Deliver expert technical material and support across our Line of Business
  • Collaborate with competency centers and business development resources
  • Engage in projects from initial design to execution
  • Coordinate regular communication with Global or Regional Application Centers
  • Prepare technical documentation and specifications for upcoming projects
  • Support Account Managers in preparing for S0 gate reviews
  • Participate in technical workshops with customers
  • Provide support up to S1 gate and consult on S2 gate technical reviews
  • Focus on applications in IT & Telecom data centers and critical facilities
  • Handle technical scopes including grid connectivity, MV/LV, and transformers
  • Ensure reliable backup generation and secure power solutions
  • Oversee HVAC systems, including cooling production and distribution
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives using EcoStruxure suite
  • Foster collaboration across Grid, Power, Building, and IT domains
  • Maintain close communication with global teams for consistency

Qualifications
  • Electrical Engineering/Master degree or in Electronics
  • At least 5+ years of working experience with technical role in critical facilities "focus on Power Systems" as application or design engineer, product & system development manager, business development specialist, solution or system architect
  • At least 5+ years of facing customers in various technical environment and capacity to prepare and lead technical conversation according to customer's projects or technical points to cover
  • Proven technical knowledge with capacity to define, delegate and coordinate right level of expertise from Schneider Electric facing customers
  • International travel up to 25% of the time, need personal ability and visa / passport
  • Languages: English fluency
