o PMO Support for Logistics Transformation programs by preparing and coordinating...

§ Support and audit project communication plans (including milestone updates)

§ Training and testing campaigns (prepare meeting and update sessions, communicate progress)

§ Work with project managers to enable detailed iProject resource plans and create a consolidate program view.

§ Generate KPIs and report project health and status

§ Schedule and facility weekly and monthly update meetings

§ Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain iProject dashboard, validate data and maintain compliance with project phases, gates and timelines.

§ Extract Data From iProject database to create views for stakeholder updates.

§ Work with project managers to enable detailed iProject resource plans and create a consolidate program view.
