About the Job
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute channel and customer strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, solve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Market Expansion: Explore and develop new distribution accounts and manage telesales for unvisited pharmacies.
- Financial and Brand Objectives: Negotiate profitable business plans and deliver financial targets and brand results.
- Data Analysis and Adjustment: Monitor and analyze customer performance, adjust strategies, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Promotional and Budget Management: Manage promotional spend, ensure efficient budget allocation, and conduct ROI analysis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams, share insights, and ensure compliance with company policies.

About you
- Experience: Proven experience in driving growth on wholesalers and Top Accounts (pharmacy groups & islands) and as well managing remote sales and developing sales strategies. Knowledge of the pharmacy and wholesaler channel is a plus.
- Soft and Technical Skills: Ability to segment markets and analyze data to identify growth opportunities; Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Languages: English is a must
