About the Job
The Manager, Contracts & Membership is responsible for the daily management of all membership activities related to assigned contract fulfillment agreements. This individual is responsible for analyzing all membership data received from our manufacturer partners and ensuring timely and accurate processing of the data in our system. This individual will also directly support the VaxServe account management teams across multiple business units by serving as the main point of contact for resolution of membership related questions / issues.
This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy. This position requires a detail-oriented focus, strong communication skills and financial acumen.

Main Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the Manager, Membership & Contract Fulfillment include:
- Complete all required SAP setup for assigned manufacturer contract fulfillment. Assess all new contract fulfillment needs and propose recommended SAP setup plan to Deputy Director, Membership & Contract Fulfillment. Coordinate with Deputy Director, Membership & Contract Fulfillment to ensure that all pricing uploads for these contracts are processed in a timely manner.
- Manage contract membership for assigned manufacturer contract fulfillment. Analyze membership data received from each manufacturer (either in EDI transmissions or Excel files), determine the appropriate action to take and process all updates in SAP. Complete regular validations of membership changes and ensure any required corrections are completed in a timely manner. Maintain an accurate membership master file for each of these contracts. Identify and recommend process improvements to ensure our membership is as accurate as possible.
- Support the Deputy Director, Membership & Contract Fulfillment by providing direct support to the Retail & General Markets account managers, as well as Comserve. Act as the main point of contact for membership questions / issues related to the assigned fulfillment contracts.
- Identify & recommend process improvements across the membership function and work with other team members to develop and implement enhancements. Cross-train on processes related to other manufacturer contract fulfillment and act as backup for other members of the team.
- Support the Manager, Chargebacks with reconciliations and other tasks, including identifying root cause for chargeback rejections/variances and providing support for resubmissions. Make the necessary contract and/or membership updates in SAP to prevent the same chargeback issues from reoccurring, including maintenance of the identifier cross-reference table.
- Other ad-hoc projects, as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
