Salesforce Inc. seeks Customer Success Manager in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Develop and maintain relationships with key customer business and IT partners to understand their top business goals and priorities, act as an internal authority for the customer's key value drivers and needs, and act as an internal point of contact customer to internal stakeholders. Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes on the Salesforce platform by coordinating the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services as required for customers. Provide timely and proactive Salesforce feature guidance based on the areas of interest for the customer. Act as an advisor to the customers for the adoption of new features of Salesforce' s annual release schedules and identify potential challenges and risks to the customer's implementation. Reinforce the value in the implementation of technical recommendations for improvement based on Proactive Monitoring guidance to the customer. Communicate the value of Signature Success and be accountable for ensuring all stakeholders understand this value so that customers continue to renew Signature Success. Provide regular updates and communications to key customer contacts during infrastructure service degradations or disruptions that occur during normal business hours. Partner with internal teams like Signature Support delivery and the Critical Incident Center for after-hours coordination. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) JavaScript; (2) Java; (3) Power BI; (4) Azure; (5) IBM Watson; (6) AI/ML; (7) REST and SOAP APIs; (8) Microservices; (9) IBM Middleware; (10) Docker and Kubernetes; (11) SQL; (12) Tableau; (13) AWS; (14) Automation anywhere; and (15) Enterprise Architecture. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $168,397.00 - $244,200.00 per annum.
