The Legal, Contracts and Compliance organization is seeking a business system administrator to support their Contracts Lifecycle Management cloud-based application and SharePoint application.

What You Will Do:

SharePoint (2019) owner of multiple sites

  • Responsible for design and configuration of the SharePoint sites
  • Manage roles and permissions
  • Maintain security aspects
  • Creation of forms
  • Overall maintenance of SharePoint

System admin for our cloud base contracts lifecycle management application

  • User Access & Management
  • Support ticket submission (To Icertis) for production
  • Contract type configuration and template configuration
  • Master data validation and upload
  • Legacy migration of contracts & supporting documents

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • 3+ years of design, configure and maintenance of SharePoint (2019)
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, Macros, V-LOOKUPS, etc)

  • Experience with Java Script
  • Experience with Visual Basics
  • Experience with InfoPath 2013

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

This position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
