What you will do
PGIM Investments is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Senior Financial Writer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll craft compelling promotional content across a diverse range of formats, driving business growth objectives and helping us solidify our position as a global leader in asset management. This person will develop integrated campaign content across the product suite including mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives, UCITS and SMAs. This position reports to the Global Head of Marketing Services for PGIM Investments.
What you can expect
- Engage with senior leaders and subject matter experts to understand marketing campaigns and products, developing differentiated positioning and content strategies that support marketing missions.
- Write high-impact, actionable and persuasive promotional copy across a variety of formats including articles, web content, brochures, social and search, presentations, and digital ads.
- End-to-end management of projects including ideation, editing, ensuring Compliance review, design oversight and production proofing.
- Work closely with Creative Services team to ensure design is closely aligned with the messaging.
- Edit and oversee copy from external vendors and agencies to ensure consistent tone-of -voice.
- Development and oversight of style guidelines.
- Manages LinkedIn Profile creation for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Manage proofreaders.

What you will bring
- Seasoned writer with in-depth knowledge of the asset management space, investment products, and the current regulatory environment.
- Strong grasp of the needs of financial advisors, RIAs and fund selectors.
- Ability to translate ideas and raw content into visual, digital-friendly and infographic formats.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leaders; clearly articulating vision and influencing decision makers.
- Previous experience working in a sales-driven, multi-channel, distribution environment.
- Prompt engineering and experience using AI writer tools such as Jasper.ai and WriterAI are advantageous.
- A/B testing proficiency and the ability to leverage data to improve outcomes is a plus.
- 7+ years of copywriting experience in the asset management space.
- Provide examples of previous financial writing work or a portfolio to showcase your experience.

Salary Disclosure
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $150,000 to $180,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
