ROLE SUMMARY
The Business Operations, Services, & Solutions (BOS&S) division within GBS Enterprise Services was created to deliver services internally to Pfizer colleagues and divisions that help create room for meaningful work. By delivering our services with high performance against the Five Points of Value (i.e. optimal cost, quality, compliance, client experience, and business impact), we help colleagues spend more time focusing on their missions; all in support of breakthroughs that change patients' lives. The services our team delivers include fleet operations, records management, privacy operations, data analytics, translations services, contingent labor, et. al.
Working as part of a team of Enterprise Services Fleet professionals, the Sr. Associate (Fleet) position is directly responsible for ensuring that consistent and optimized in market operations & outsourced operational processes, services are developed and delivered in accordance with Pfizer global & local policies, as well as operating standards. The role provides subject matter and analytical support as needed for supplier selection, developing and measuring team metrics, internal spend and savings, external supplier financials and information, market and economic dynamics and fleet processes. The role is primary responsible for the delivery of fleet operational services mainly through 3rd party outsourced services providers. It will support the ES Fleet Regional Lead in the evaluation of business opportunities, supplier capabilities, working directly with external third parties and making recommendations based on data available. In collaboration with ES Fleet Regional Lead, regional fleet colleagues, the role will also support category strategy, sourcing and negotiation and/or supplier relationship management activities as outlined.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Operational
- Support the day to day operation internal & external of Pfizer's fleet of vehicles in accordance to Pfizer Fleet Global Policy and standards
- Coordinate the fleet activates to ensure compliance with legislation governing transport
- Provide effective local vendor management in line with local & regional objectives
- As required, support and/or own ARIBA processes (PO, ePay) associated with Pfizer's fleet of vehicles
- Ensure that accurate quarterly data feed is being provided from which agreed KPI's will be generated, contributing to ES Fleet performance dashboard
- Coordinate the delivery of quarterly reporting in line with Fleet Global Policy & safety standards
- Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and provide executive summary output
- Support to conduct colleague satisfaction surveys in conjunction with Fleet Operational Excellence
- Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews KPI's
- Support and/or conduct vendor audits in line with operating standard
- Provide 2nd level colleague escalation point
- Support the analytical requirements defined by the ES Fleet reporting line, including but not limited to:
- Data gathering (internal and external) including Business requirements
- Market and supplier analysis
- Data management or treatment and interpretation
- Work with internal functional experts, suppliers, and, at times consultants, to define, implement and document various team strategies and operational improvement efforts
II. Sourcing activity and contract negotiation support
- Provide country specific subject matter expertise to S2P, as needed, in sourcing events, including supplier due diligence activities to determine alignment with Pfizer requirements and partnership prospects for the longer term.
III. Supplier relationship management:
- Support the delivery of effective supplier performance management including the utilization and compliance to the Pfizer Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process.
IV. Client engagement and customer relationship management:
- Promote Pfizer values and actively participate, encourage and demonstrate team engagement for the wider Enterprise Services
- Support ES Fleet colleagues in managing the internal relationships with the business stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Build a strong network of functional contacts, including Finance and Px/Comp&Ben teams, to enable optimal execution of responsibilities and operational requirements of the team.
- Engage with counterparts in ES Fleet to share knowledge and best practice.
V. Business process and compliance:
- Support project office activities to assure tasks are executed among team in quality and timely manner.
- Maintain a current knowledge of available information databases and emerging tools and technology that will best support the procurement and operational initiatives
- Ensure that ES Fleet SharePoint sites are properly managed and maintained, or created if needed.
VI. Reporting:
- Produce data analysis reporting in appropriate format for use by ES Fleet & other Pfizer colleagues.
- Support financial reporting activities.
- Provide compliance reporting against policy, processes, systems and suppliers
- Prepare discussion content (summary level or detail level) as needed for team meetings, stakeholder discussions, and sourcing events
- VII - People management and development:
Act as a mentor to Associate colleagues to support their growth and development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Key qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Fleet Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or other related field is required; Masters level degree is highly preferred.
- Related work experience in Fleet, Procurement or Finance discipline is required, ideally within a large, complex multi-national company. Broad knowledge of Fleet industry; advanced analytical skills
- 4-6 years relevant experience for Senior Associate
Language requirement
- Strong command of Spanish (written and oral) is a must
- Strong command of English (written and oral) is a must
- Portuguese (written and oral) is an advantage
Technical skills:
- Competency with analytical, reporting and MS tools (including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Competency & understanding Pfizer's P2P system, ARIBA
Key capabilities:
- Experience managing multiple tasks, competing priorities and conflicts; producing value added results
- Experience with problem solving situations; includes approaches used, tools, tactics used; managing for effective outcomes
- Ability to work independently and in a matrix team environment
- Fundamentals of Project Management, including experience leading projects
- Understanding of analytical techniques
