About IM Global Liquidity
The Global Liquidity team manages over $350BN in assets under management across domestic 2a-7 money market funds, offshore UCITS money market funds, domestic ultra-short bond funds, and separately managed accounts. The Liquidity Platform group is a growing business within Liquidity that is focused on bringing the latest technology solutions and services to our clients. This includes the expanding cash management investment portal and related cash management technologies.

Responsibilities
- Execute institutional sales support for the Global Liquidity Solutions Group (money market funds, ultra short bond funds and separate account business).
- Key responsibility is to support the sales team in developing and executing an optimal client relationship management framework to maintain existing and drive new AUM
- Coordinate with product management team to ensure that territory sales support needs are met in a timely manner
- Manage preparation requirements for client/prospect visits/due-diligence meetings
- Manage and coordinate various aspects of territory management, including conference participation, prospect target research and lists, bi-weekly reporting, and pipeline management
- Manage client communications for general marketing as well as event client specific events/communication needs
- Work closely with Liquidity Management to prepare business plans, sales objectives, forecasts and sales channel reporting
- Establish excellent communications across functional areas of the firm-including portfolio management, marketing, legal, compliance, and client service teams-to ensure seamless execution of business requests
- Bachelor's degree (with at least some course work Finance or economics)
- 1-3 years of industry experience
- A results-oriented individual who thrives on achievement and performance
- Works effectively and supports a team-oriented approach
- Excellent communications skills (written and oral, including excellent telephone manner), interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage time effectively
- Ability to document sales activity through Sales Management reporting (CRM)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Series 63 and 7 are required within four months of hire date

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
