We are seeking a dynamic and experienced governance professional to join our Firmwide AI team. As the bridge between technology and business strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the access of our GenAI ventures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project milestones, and contribute to the growth of innovative AI solutions.

You will: #BPTECH #LI-EK1

  • Revamp standards to align with GAI requirements; Author Departure Management only done on ad hoc basis (this is foundational to 3DR function)
  • Revamp Training Materials to align with GAI; Automate Author Training; Host regular Domain Owner meetings have been put on hold
  • Update 3DR Policy to reflect Automated Governance
  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline and budget

You have:
  • Understanding of AI concepts and tools, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a face-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying updated in the latest advancements in AI technologies and training methods.

You might also have:
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the areas of AI, machine learning and/or data analytics.
  • Financial Services Industry experience

The Firmwide Generative AI Team at Morgan Stanley is a dynamic and innovative department that serves as a center of AI enablement for the firm. The team is responsible for deploying advanced systems that utilize generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes. The team oversees governance and control measures to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and provide education on AI technologies to other departments across the Firm.
