We are seeking a dynamic and experienced governance professional to join our Firmwide AI team. As the bridge between technology and business strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the access of our GenAI ventures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project milestones, and contribute to the growth of innovative AI solutions.
You will: #BPTECH #LI-EK1
- Revamp standards to align with GAI requirements; Author Departure Management only done on ad hoc basis (this is foundational to 3DR function)
- Revamp Training Materials to align with GAI; Automate Author Training; Host regular Domain Owner meetings have been put on hold
- Update 3DR Policy to reflect Automated Governance
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline and budget

You have:
- Understanding of AI concepts and tools, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a face-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying updated in the latest advancements in AI technologies and training methods.
You might also have:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the areas of AI, machine learning and/or data analytics.
- Financial Services Industry experience
