We are seeking highly talented and motivated Technical Program Managers (TPMs) with security solutions development experience. TPMs at Meta navigate loosely defined problem spaces and turn them into well-structured programs while being cross-functional relationship builders. They do it by seeing the big picture, finding connections where none exist, quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams, identifying and executing on a common goal to support Enterprise Engineering as we drive towards a more secure employee experience.

Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering Responsibilities:
- Define, build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domains.
- Accountable for identifying and overcoming end-to-end, cross-functional problems in technical domains across client and/or server infrastructure.
- Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the-ground leadership.
- Drive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional area.
- Responsible for defining and delivering on technical requirements that solve people problems and product, platform or infra requirements in conjunction with partners.
- Define and own what success looks like, metrics & measurement, rollout, and scalable and sustainable operational plan.
- Define and execute communication plans for key security initiatives for varying audiences.
- Build trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations.
- Identify and improve inefficiencies in how we operate to move faster with higher quality outcomes.
- Assist in rolling out security standards and risk assessment methodologies.
- Coordinate and enforce compliance with organization level security standards
- Lead requirements elicitation for new security solutions, identify security improvements and optimizations across the system.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management focused on large-scale technology deployments in enterprise environments.
- Experience in any of these areas: management and deployment of Windows, MacOS, Linux and ChromeOS client operating systems.
- Experience in technology architecture design and solutioning
- Project management experience centered around end-user technology platforms and associated technology implementations
- Experience with executing day-to-day activities required for the development and tracking of enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience with communicating sensitive and impactful changes to a broad technical audience
- Experience with developing change management strategies to enable enterprise wide technology adoption.
- Experience distilling complex technical information and conveying to different types of audiences to enable quick decisioning
- Strategic thinker with analytical and technology focused problem-solving experience.
- Experience with demonstrating negotiation and conflict management
- Demonstrated experience with operating autonomously across multiple teams to foster cross-functional working relationships. Includes working with and communicating with multiple partner teams and cross-functional partners
- Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones

$134,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
