Meta is seeking a Group Manager of Technical Program Management to advance the state-of-the-art cloud-scale infrastructure at Meta. Meta's infrastructure is immense, both in its physical footprint and in the collection of products and services we support. We are in the midst of a fundamental transformation of this infrastructure - streamlining the developer experience while operating efficiently at a rapidly increasing scale, and supporting the world's leading web and AI workloads. As the leader of a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) who specialize in backbone networking for Meta's hyper-scale infrastructure, you will be at the heart of driving this transformation. In close partnership with engineering, network investment and other cross-functional teams, you will lead your team as they identify technical problem statements, create technical roadmaps, scope programs to deliver technical outcomes with business priorities, and drive them to completion by aligning and leading large cross-functional teams.

Group Manager, Technical Program Management - Network Infrastructure Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of experienced technical program managers (TPMs) capable of scaling with Meta through rapid infrastructure growth.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the existing technical program management teams while fostering an innovative, healthy, and productive team culture.
- Forge strong partnerships with technical and business leaders across the company, ensuring that team resource investments align with company priorities.
- Lead from the front by leveraging your technical expertise to proactively identify and analyze complex, long-term, critical infrastructure challenges with engineering leaders and stakeholders. Develop a long-term vision along with a near-term execution plan.
- Structure and optimize the organization for effective execution, including attracting high-quality talent and swiftly filling gaps in the existing team to facilitate growth.
- Build and lead an organization centered on customer focus and effective communication, emphasizing decisive, fast-moving solutions, quick and constructive conflict resolution, and a 'no barriers' mentality.
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of network engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.
- 7+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products from inception to delivery.
- Experience in organizational coordination and establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and partners in different time zones.
- Experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving with large-scale systems, proven track record in delivering technology programs or products from inception to delivery, and demonstrated experience in understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
- Demonstrated experience operating across multiple teams. Proven experience of identifying potential roadblocks early and developing plans to mitigate.
- Experience communicating and collaborating with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.

$195,000/year to $267,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
