The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta's Global Business Group is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts the needs of our customers first. Based in Sydney, the CSM will work with major brands to build strategic partnerships, drive growth, develop ROI-positive marketing strategies, and improve performance.The successful applicant will inherit an existing portfolio of accounts, and will be tasked with nurturing relationships with our top advertising partners and their agencies, becoming an expert in their industry and their businesses, and leveraging Meta's full range of solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

- Work directly with key clients as a Meta technical advertising expert
- Be a pillar of knowledge within the team on Meta advertising products and methodologies
- Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns, with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth
- Educate clients on Meta's advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices
- Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment
- Clearly, succinctly communicate solutions for marketing goals in the form of recommendations around our advertising products
- Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices
- Use research and insights that will: 1. Help Meta further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines 2. Help clients and other team members find new, better methods for planning, managing and implementing Facebook ad campaigns
- 5+ years experience in digital advertising/growth and/or data analysis role
- Experience taking ownership and working independently, as well as contributing as part of a team
- Experience turning data into actionable insights that inform strategies
- Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail
- Communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trendsnspiring action through data driven insights
- Experience with Meta's full suite of advertising solutions
