Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Technical Product Management with a strong background in imaging technologies to support our image profiling initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving product discovery, gathering requirements, conducting risk assessments, developing project roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and goals related to imaging initiatives.
  • Conduct research on potential imaging products, tools, and technologies that align with project objectives.
  • Assess the value proposition of proposed imaging solutions to prioritize effectively.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Engage with scientists, researchers, and technical teams to understand core requirements for imaging infrastructure and applications.
  • Document and analyze user needs, functional specifications, and system requirements for imaging projects.
  • Translate requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and constraints.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

  • Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies in imaging projects.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
  • Monitor and communicate risk mitigation efforts, recommending adjustments as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including data science, software development, and infrastructure, to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of imaging initiatives.
  • Coordinate dependencies, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration across teams to achieve project goals.
  • Leverage Jira or equivalent project management tools for requirements tracking and issue management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field such as Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Biology experience preferred.
  • Experience with digital software lifecycle documentation and GLP software deployments.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, ideally in projects related to high content imaging, flow cytometry, or digital pathology.
  • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project management tools for requirements tracking and issue management.
  • Familiarity with Halo, Visiopharm, Signals Image Artist, FlowJo, and/or matlab.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$111,400.00 - $175,300.00
