In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, designing automation strategies, and integrating artificial intelligence solutions to optimize our operations and enhance security. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and aligning our processes with evolving business needs.

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through automation and AI integration.

Automation Strategy:

  • Develop a holistic strategy and roadmap for automating processes across different CORE Security groups.
  • Consider overall business goals and objectives while identifying suitable areas for automation.
  • Evaluate available automation technologies and provide recommendations on the most appropriate tools and platforms.

Artificial Intelligence Integration:

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to optimize our processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, efficiency, and reduce manual effort.

Solution Development and Implementation:

  • Work closely with IT teams, data scientists, and developers to design, build, and implement automation and AI solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure, adhering to industry standards, regulations, and security guidelines.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness and performance of implemented automation and AI solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement, iterate on existing solutions, and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

Collaboration and Knowledge

Sharing:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, address concerns, and facilitate smooth adoption of automation and AI solutions.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Operational and Financial Impact:

  • Oversee projects that directly contribute to the financial performance of the enterprise by increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related scientific field.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years or relevant work experience. .
  • Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing automation and AI solutions in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of large pharmaceutical industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of automation, with a vision to leverage AI and ML technologies in future projects.
  • Familiarity with AI techniques including machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and deep learning frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in vendor management and the integration of complex platforms and APIs.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership with a strong focus on product strategy and team management.
  • Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with automation tools and platforms like Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Expected US salary range:
$149,400.00 - $235,100.00
