The Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety (GRACS) Quality and Compliance (Q&C) team builds trust and confidence with global health authorities by instituting solid & robust processes and systems that adhere to a regulatory quality & compliance framework.
The GRACS Quality and Compliance team is seeking a summer intern. The intern will be a fully integrated member of the team and assigned to work with multi-functional teams on a variety of projects within GRACS in support of regulatory quality and compliance. The intern will work with the GRACS Q&C team to ensure functional areas within GRACS are compliant with global regulations, internal policy and procedures through participating in internal and external audits, non-compliance investigations as well as proactively managing and mitigating risks to achieve quality outcomes.

We are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi- functional environment.
Required Education and Experience:
- Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) consecutive weeks beginning in May or June of 2025.
- Candidates must be an undergraduate student majoring in science, healthcare or related fields;
- Candidates must have excellent verbal and written skills;
- Candidates must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Candidates must be driven and hard-working;
- Candidates must be creative with innovative problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Proficient with computer systems (Windows 10/ Office 365; Excel, Power Point and Word skills preferred)
- Prior project management experience
