The objective of a Marketing Associate is to support the day-to-day property marketing operations by creating materials used for proposals and marketing packages to digital marketing for clients. You are able to execute on multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments, and apply your fun, positive, and hard-working attitude to your professional endeavors. This role will allow for ongoing creativity with other departments to create the best Marketing Services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and arrange all information for entire marketing packages
• Seek and communicate with specialized vendors depending on the clients requests to use additional outside services
• Ongoing communication with clients from beginning of Marketing process to closing of escrow along with other stakeholders
• Track multiple Marketing packages at any given time and maintain critical deadlines
• Edit and correct text as it appears in Marketing packages to ensure correct grammar and syntax throughout
• Working cohesively through each Marketing package and knowing how to navigate between them with utmost organization
• In charge of creating individual Email campaign development, management, and execution
• Managing the website and 3rd party services for each campaign and ensuring that information is accurate and consistent across all platforms
• Track progress of campaigns and provide analytical reports
• Execute property marketing campaigns and project manage the process
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1+ years of equivalent, relevant work experience
Preferred Requirements:
• Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign a plus
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple concurrent projects alone or within collaborative teams
• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a Commercial Real Estate firm preferred
• Ability to be a strategic partner by recommending best practices to clients
