Senior Technology Analyst - Services

The Services Technology team is looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Technology Analyst to ensure efficient operations, drive alignment, and enable strategic decision-making. The Services Technology team at Mastercard is responsible for the Services engineering and technology estate, including data infrastructure, analytical tools, critical technology platforms including the Data Warehouse and Decision Management Platform, our acquired Services technology assets, and the engineering teams supporting each of our Services four product groups. This role will focus on technology strategy, program management, and digital transformation, working closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact projects.

Role
- In this role, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff of Services Technology and work closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact projects.
- Support the execution of the Services Technology strategic priorities by collaborating closely with business leads and across Mastercard, with a focus on technology strategy, program management, and digital transformation.
- Develop executive presentations and messaging for internal audiences and facilitate effective communication across the organization.
- Shape external-facing narratives with strong analytic support and product knowledge.
- Manage and coordinate regular engagements on Services Technology priorities.
- Drive business reporting ensuring operational excellence including coordinating updates into Services Technology QOR, Earnings, and other activities; identify insights and make meaningful recommendations as needed.
- Tackle complex business problems with limited definitions and uncover root causes, develop solutions, and translate them into specific recommendations for action.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key objectives.

All About You
- Strong knowledge and experience working in a technology-driven environment, working across initiatives such as cloud adoption, automation, AI integration, and technology governance.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented; proficient in managing competing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Intellectually curious with an entrepreneurial attitude and a results-driven mindset.
- Flexible and creative, able to not only adapt but also thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience at a leading management consulting firm, with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationships and interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

Location Requirement: This is a hybrid position based in Mastercard's Toronto, Canada location.
