The Card & Payment Ecosystem Security organization within Services is responsible for developing and managing cybersecurity solutions that help build trust in the Mastercard ecosystem while increasing Mastercard's posture as a leader in the cybersecurity industry.

About the Role:
Mastercard is using global threat intelligence to secure today's digital economy - in the payments ecosystem and beyond. The Product Manager will lead Mastercard's fraud intelligence and strategy efforts, focusing on identifying and addressing the most significant threats in the payment card ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing strategic, data-driven fraud intelligence deliverables that meet business needs, address emerging fraud trends, and provide actionable insights. The Product Manager will oversee a team of fraud intelligence analysts, ensuring the production of high-quality intelligence that supports Mastercard's strategic goals and enhances ecosystem security.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead a team of analysts to research, analyze, and deliver finished intelligence reports on fraud threats impacting the payment card ecosystem, ensuring insights are strategic, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
Conduct and oversee in-depth data analysis to identify and interpret complex fraud patterns, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) within the payment card ecosystem.
Develop intelligence strategies that address emerging fraud threats, informing Mastercard's products and risk mitigation efforts at a global level.
Write, review, and deliver clear, concise, and high-quality intelligence reports and white papers tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
Leverage insights from data and research to identify strategic opportunities and recommend solutions to Mastercard's clients and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine fraud intelligence strategies and deliverables.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes while addressing competing priorities.
All About You
Demonstrated experience in fraud investigation at a strategic level, with the ability to interpret complex data and link insights to broader fraud trends.
Proven track record of solving challenging problems in fraud prevention, leveraging advanced critical thinking and analytical skills to uncover and address hidden patterns.
Expertise in data analysis, including the ability to analyze unstructured or incomplete datasets and draw meaningful conclusions to inform actionable strategies.
Strong experience in writing and delivering finished intelligence reports and high-quality white papers, with the ability to tailor communication to technical and business audiences.
Deep understanding of fraud in the payment card ecosystem, including the TTPs used by fraudsters and emerging trends impacting merchants and financial institutions.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Fraud-related certifications (e.g., CFE, CAMS) preferred.
