The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.
Job Description:
During your 18 months within Mastercard, your major accountabilities may include:
• Assist Account Managers to complete routine business processes
• Create materials for contracts, agreement, pitching/presentation deck under Account Managers' guidance
• Support Account Managers execute initiatives across multiple business functions
• Support Account Leads on team activity management and performance tracking
• Ensure up-to-date with the market and industry development, contribute ideas to enhance Mastercard competitive edge
• Support internal data research and analysis in weekly and monthly base for key accounts
• Support documentations by preparing for contracts and assisting in processing data for customer review materials

Education:
• Graduating seniors - Class of 2025
• Students pursuing a bachelor's degree or above (all majors welcome to apply)
Key Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
• Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements:
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office languages (viz. Cantonese/Mandarin)
• Candidates must be a citizen of Hong Kong, with unrestricted work authorization for Hong Kong and will not require sponsorship for Hong Kong work authorization now or anytime in the future.
