About Our Team

Lenovo's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) business unit is a dynamic, customer-focused team that adapts quickly to meet evolving market demands and customer needs. We are unique in the industry as the only company providing comprehensive end-to-end capabilities for a wide array of customized solutions. Our in-house team is responsible for designing, building, and deploying CSP solutions worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager in our Customer Program, who has experience in Project Management, end-to-end server hardware development and deployment, team leadership, and direct customer engagement, to serve CSP customers.

Location: remote in the US

What You'll Do

  • Apply Project Management techniques and experience to set up and lead a team in the engagement and execution of all aspects of a large Cloud Data Center customer
  • Create customer on-boarding activity plans according to customer business requirements
  • Manage all key ongoing activities of a single customer (bidding, contracts, schedules, score cards)
  • Build an effective dashboard to report status weekly with clarity to team and executives; highlight issues with clear what/when/who, drive all necessary actions to keep things running on track
  • Customer focal point regarding process related matters
  • Hold regular account meetings to align status with end-to-end cross functional / cross geography account team members
  • Work with Product Marketing, Development Manager, and Sales to build effective customer engagements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technology discipline
  • 10+ years of work experience in a leadership role in project management in the server Data Center industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer engagement experience
  • Hardware Development technical background is highly preferred
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, in complicated projects, across different time zones
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Project Management certification (PMI PMP)
  • Experience in the Cloud/Hyperscale industry is a plus
