Description

Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a TDP Technical Lead (SME) to work on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) program. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization - OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe.

Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical assessment of Technical Direction Letters (TDLs) upon receipt.
  • Assists Technical Direction Plan (TDP) Development Lead and Operations Lead (OL) in the development of TDPs.
  • Performs technical evaluations and reviews during TDP execution.
  • Collaborates with Quality Manager and Quality Analysts to contribute to process improvement, using Leidos' Continual Innovation and Improvement (CI2) process, and implements.
  • Quality Control measures to provide confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled during research, development, design, integration, test, evaluation, and deployment/delivery phases.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of related experience or a Masters and 8 years of related experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience working within the Agile framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working within Army's IT infrastructure.
  • US Citizen with a Secret security clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
