Responsibilities Include:

  • Plans, initiates, and manages information technology (IT) projects.
  • Leads and guides the work of more junior project managers and technical staff.
  • In collaboration with project team reports progress to Leidos leadership.
  • Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage.
  • Monitors progress to assure.
  • Accountable for ensuring that all assigned task orders run within cost, schedule and performance.
  • Collaborates across all levels of Leidos including with task and functional leaders and the customer support personnel to control the project.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and potential growth of the program.

Clearance Required:

  • Active Secret clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Ability to apply expert PMBOK methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
  • Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree - Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience.
  • Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
