Leidos is seeking a Document Management Analyst II to work on-sight Washington, DC. You will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Provide general administrative/clerical support as part of the Legal Assistant/Paralegal Team.
- Receive and open mail daily, and scan documents into Pardon's case management system.
- Detailed indexing of case/project files.
- Drafting procedures for accomplishing litigation support assignments; document acquisition related tasks.
- Conducting database searches.
- Proofreads and edits deliverable products.
- Often works with minimal supervision.
- Reports to Project Manager or Lead Project Manager.

In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, one may also preform the following:
Records management and filing; provide basic administrative support as needed for the Legal Assistant/Paralegal Team, as well as the Executive Team; retrieving and copying case file materials; creating project binders; entering data online to case files and other databases; proofreading, editing, correcting OCR'd text files; retrieving and blowing back documents and digital image media; tabbing, numbering, labeling, assembling documents; filling out log sheets and reporting on task progress; and performing quality control on the work of peers in all of these areas. Prepares documents for image scanning; performs other document collection related activities, including document screening, and labeling of files to be scanned.
The duties shown above may be performed as single functions or in combination with one another. One is expected to perform Document Management Analyst duties as defined by the contract.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, Trial Director, etc or similar applications/databases.
- Must be knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, database, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications systems.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Government and/or Litigation Support environment in conjunction with basic qualifications, preferred.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Current or active clearance.
This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum requirements. Leidos ensures that all provisions are satisfied. The pay for this position will be $22.42/hr.
