Responsibilities:
- Performs development and validation of LCMSMS assays under the guidance of the R&D group.
- Assists in writing validation plans, reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory automation and software, determine root causes of problems and assists in finding solutions.
- Support ongoing process improvements via understanding laboratory processes and designing programmatic solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM related field required.
- Minimum 1 year of applicable experience working in an analytical chemistry environment.
- Strong understanding of basic principles of analytical chemistry preferred.
- Experience with instrumental analysis including HPLC-MS/MS preferred.
- Experience using Hamilton Programming Language (Venus) highly preferred.
- Experience with programming languages for software/app development and data analysis (R, Python, AutoIT, C#, C++, etc.) highly preferred.
- Travel for divisional support or training as needed.
