Job Summary
As Head of Investments for Taiwan Market, you will work closely with Market Manager to develop market growth strategy and the implementation of investment strategies. You will also lead and monitor team's performance against financial and other business targets.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements investment strategies and solutions appropriate for Taiwan market and client's asset allocation models
• Assists in supporting the largest and/or most complex accounts.
• Conduct independent discussions with client representatives on selected problems and issues as part of operational dialogue with clients.
• Partner with respective Market Manager to develop marketing strategy in relation to investment for onshore and offshore markets.

• Broad responsibility for investment risk management.
• Provide guidance to sub Team Leaders and Integrated Investors regionally.
• Provide input and is closely involved with positioning of investment products and services by developing new business and new products.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills;
• University Degree with a minimum of 15 years of investment and client relationship experience
• Excellent understanding of the investment markets, investment products, and the firms' products and services. Appropriate local regulatory licenses for type 1,4 and 9 regulated activities
• Strong leadership experience in team management
• Capacity to work simultaneously on a variety of issues and tasks independently, adjusting to priorities and achieving results with agreed objectives and deadlines
• Outstanding inter-personal skills with proven ability to work cooperatively within a multi-disciplinary country teams and with other groups throughout the Bank
• Seasoned negotiator and demonstrated experience working as part of senior management
• Fluency in Mandarin is required as there will be frequent interactions with Taiwanese clients. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and demonstrates ability to present complex concepts and messages in structured and simple terms
