As an UK Advanced Support Advisor - Senior Associate/Vice President within Corporate Human Resources team, you will contribute to the direction of a newly formed function that will deliver a best in class, simplified, and personalized experience to managers in support of their complex and regulated HR needs and be accountable for the success of the service provided. Your scope extends across the UK, and one or more HR Service functions while connecting Globally as needed. In delivering against these responsibilities, you help to set and drive company policies and guidelines in support of our mission to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day.

Job responsibilities

  • Deliver on business initiatives within highly complex function that provides service to a customer base and/or a sensitive process area within HR Service
  • Focus on excellent customer service and creates processes that are customer-centric
  • Use broad HR and operations knowledge to implement strategic goals for the function
  • Advise leadership and makes informed business decisions to enhance the performance of the department
  • Manage risk across the portfolio and escalates/seek advice as required
  • Partner with other HR functional, product and other global teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Partner across the organization to understand regional differences and requirements and strive for global consistency

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Substantial experience in HR service or Product roles or equivalent
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause
  • Experience of both strategic and tactical planning for one or more business processes and/or location-based responsibilities
  • Demonstrated expert verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer obsessed mindset with proven ability to present to senior leadership
