Transactions Specialist II - Customer Resolution Services Reclamations Team

Are you detail oriented and enjoy a production-based environment that offers career growth?

As a Transactions Specialist II in Customer Resolution services department on the reclamations team, you will be responsible for processing daily document transactions which can include some moderately complex tasks. Each function may have multiple tasks per transaction. These transactions require judgment and experience with limited direct supervision. While receiving clear instruction, you must maintain the highest level of production and accuracy daily.

Job responsibilities:

  • Research data through various systems while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing
  • Verify negotiability of checks through customer specific instructions for processing
  • Contribute to meeting teams overall goals by cross-training within department
  • Make judgment calls regarding routine duties, but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or manager

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Production environment focus around meeting deadlines
  • You will need basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Alpha/Numeric data entry and typing skills - with excellent accuracy
  • Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM; Hybrid Schedule (Monday-Wednesday in office and Thursday-Friday remote)
