As a Head of IPB Ticket Opportunities, you will play a crucial role in strategizing and executing ticket allocations for our International Private Bank (IPB) focused client events. As a Ticket Coordinator of IPB Ticket Opportunities in the International Private Bank Events team, you will manage ticket allocations for client events, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance guidelines. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Plan strategic use of ticket allocations for client events in partnership with the Head of IPB events
  • Collaborate with front office and sponsorship teams to optimize JPM sponsored tickets
  • Manage RSVP tracking and attendance reporting using JPM approved systems
  • Process ticket-related invoices and expenses
  • Coordinate with front office stakeholders on hosting opportunities in line with compliance guidelines
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Oversee ordering and shipping of event supplies and production of event materials
  • Work with vendors on premium client giveaways adhering to branding guidelines
  • Support the IPB events team with regional event opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • BA degree
  • Relevant experience in events, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to travel and work extra hours, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Multi-lingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, German, Italian, French)
  • Financial industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn firm-wide systems
