Quality Specialist IV - Regulatory & Event Operations

Join the team that supports the Regulatory & Event Operations to do the right thing for our customers. If you are detail-oriented, have great oral and written communication skills and can work in a fast-paced environment, this Quality Specialist role is for you.

As a Quality Specialist IV in Regulatory & Event Operations (REO), you will review the completed work from the different areas within REO against policies and procedures. This role requires a deep understanding of the processes and capability of identifying process errors or procedure gaps and recording these in a clear, concise manner.

Job responsibilities

  • Prioritize diverse workloads
  • Recommends and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of systems
  • Influence decisions that are guided by policies and that will have potential impact on controls
  • Specialized functional or technical knowledge that allows for independent thought and action
  • Execution of control initiatives
  • Abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedure

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Proficient using Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency
  • Able to evaluate and analyze data from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric focus coupled with the ability to balance against controls
  • Supports business processes and works in a specialized function/role
  • Possess specialized functional or technical knowledge that allows for independent thought and action on important department activities

  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, think critically, solve problems, plan and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • High level of independent decision making & judgment under minimal supervision
