As a Data Governance at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Data and Analytics, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to build, enhance and maintain the product's delivery needs
- Utilizing your technical aptitude, design and analyze metrics and data stories to track and measure the success of our strategies to senior leaders
- Develop deep understanding of how our products, services, and solutions work to generate new ideas and opportunities for innovation and improvement, including increasing product adoption and improving user engagement
- Drive change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment, articulating the current reporting landscape and vision for the future landscape to both end users and senior business audiences
- Create a cohesive approach to the reporting strategy for the Data Governance product, ensuring critical milestones and deliverables are met
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- 5+ years of reporting or operations experience
- Influencer with great interpersonal skills that will allow you to execute and achieve alignment across a matrixed environment with a wide range of different views, job functions, and levels while displaying a sense of ownership
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Computer Science/ISM degree and background
- Experience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture preferred
- Experience in strategic or transformational change and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture
- Strong knowledge of consumer financial services
- Experience with controls, metrics, reporting, business intelligence solutions, and communications
