The Opportunity:

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on a global brand while helping build a safer, stronger, and more resilient world? At Interos, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will help shape the visual identity of the company as we scale internationally. Your designs will directly influence the brand's presence across digital and print channels, including the website, social media, marketing campaigns, and advertising.

As a Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the Senior Director, Product Design and the broader Corporate Communications and Brand team to produce high-quality creative materials. Your designs will be integral to the company's messaging, and you will have the opportunity to drive forward creative solutions that help elevate the Interos brand in the marketplace.

Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Brand Design & Development: Collaborate with the Senior Director, Product Design to execute and enhance the company's brand identity across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and web.
  • Creative Execution: Design engaging, visually appealing materials such as infographics, social media graphics, presentation templates, event materials, brochures, and web assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Brand Storytelling: Translate complex concepts into clear, visually compelling narratives that engage and inform internal and external audiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across marketing, sales, and leadership to incorporate feedback, ensure alignment with brand goals, and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and ensuring high-quality execution across all deliverables.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and innovations to continually push the boundaries of design and elevate the Interos brand in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of professional design experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Design Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital, print, and web design, including experience with typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, etc.), with a strong understanding of digital and print production processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all designs.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Adaptability & Creativity: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, while consistently delivering creative solutions.

  • Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
  • Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
  • Compensation range is base salary of $110,000-$184,000. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
