Your role

As a Senior Technology Analyst, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will rectify the problem and propose/refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

- Ability to complete tasks within agreed upon Service Level Agreement or Key Measure requirements.
- L1 and L2 hands on feet support for Laptop/Desktop, Printer, networking and Installation of OS, Outlook configuration.
- Hardwar Troubleshooting.
- Software Installation & Troubleshooting.
- 5+ years' experience providing onsite support in an enterprise environment
- Understand and familiarity with SCCM software distribution platform as it pertains to policy, software and patch distribution methodologies in an enterprise environment
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 product family
- Excellent communication (verbal and oral) skills to interact with end users at all levels
- Ability to self-motivate and possess a strong desire to learn new technologies and share knowledge
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and secure LDAP
- Working knowledge of MS ADFS * Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Very strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and higher
- Very strong working knowledge of MAC's (including JAMF/JAMF Pro and Jamf Connect
- Experience with VPN/Wifi/IP/DNS, networking and other enterprise network technologies
- Working knowledge of MDE and Other security principles.
- Working knowledge of MDM.
- Experience with Bitlocker disk encryption

Preferred
- Good understanding on Telecom domain
- Extensive experience in EUC Services

Preferred to have - Irish Language support
