Job Description
In the role of Lead Consultant, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain. Required
Strong experience in E2E data management and program managing large account, preferably Telecom domain
1.Program Management: Delivery governance and program management for DNA on one/multiple accounts. Single escalation point for all program issues, conduct regular reviews and provide sign offs for projects
2.Proposals: Participate in large proposals and actively look for opportunities for account growth

3.Client Management: Build formal and informal client relationships with Senior leadership in Data organization. Regular review of engagement and take corrective actions for high customer satisfaction
4.Strategy & Roadmap: Actively provide inputs on account strategy and create development roadmaps for respective area
5.Resource Planning: Experience in leading a large team spread across geographies
6.Hybrid working model: Working from Infosys NL office/Remote work. Regular travel to customer locations within EU
Additional Responsibilities
• Knowledge of more than one technology
• Should have very good experience with telecommunication domain
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
